Job Description: Program Analyst 3 – Federal Fund Program Manager Oregon Department of Transportation Public Transportation Division Policy & Strategic Investment Unit Salem
Join us as a federal fund program manager and play a key role in overseeing federal funding that supports vital public transportation services throughout Oregon. In this role, you will oversee and manage federal transit funding programs to support rural transit agencies and deliver services for elderly and disabled riders, provide support and answer questions from transit agencies and ensure investments truly benefit the communities and individuals who rely on public transportation.
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification specific to program administration, transportation grant or contract management, public funding, policy implementation, OR A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years experience coordinating or administering a program specific to program administration, transportation grant or contract management, public funding, policy implementation.
