Job summary

Amivero seeks a Business Process Analyst (Financial Operations) to support financial management and operations, including reviewing and processing financial transactions. The role reports to the project manager and provides in-person support to clients in Indianapolis or Washington, DC.

US citizenship is required for Public Trust; strong preference for federal, financial, or accounting experience. Candidates must be able to work onsite in DC or Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust.
• Bachelor Degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: CBP Background Investigation or reciprocity.
• Strong preference for Federal experience.
• Strong preference for financial or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily financial transaction processing.
• Performing analysis of financial transactions over time.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail when receiving, reviewing, and processing all incoming documents.
• Responding to client and customer inquiries with clear, timely, and professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and internal CBP customers to resolve outstanding issues and provide updates as needed.
• Providing accurate and timely information for all work products and communications, both written and verbal.
• Recommending opportunities for process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation.
• Developing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing completed and planned work.
