Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or financial operations.
• Experience supporting federal proprietary accounting, budgetary accounting, billing, or financial reporting activities.
• Interest in AI and ability to evaluate applying new technologies to solve business problems.
• Strong proficiency with Google applications.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing consulting experience and capability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial operations.
• Execute monthly billing and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor customer advance balances and process financial transactions.
• Perform financial impact analyses and variance assessments.
• Support revenue reconciliation and financial transparency reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and FI Consulting project leadership to meet project objectives.
• Assist with automated financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal financial management requirements and policies.
