Job summary

Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques, LLC seeks a Financial Manager to join the NCO NITRD in Washington, DC. This role supports the Director and Deputy Director in budgeting, tracking expenditures, interagency fund transfers, and related funding documents with participating agencies.

The position focuses on monitoring expenditures, preparing draft budgets, and ensuring compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations while coordinating with NSF financial staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in federal environment.
• Knowledge of Federal laws governing contract staff and related requirements.
• Experience with Interagency Fund Transfers and NSF processes.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience working within a Federal Government environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather data on prior year expenditures and assess future budget requirements.
• Prepare and present draft budgets to subcommittees.
• Provide monthly expenditure reports and identify potential overruns/underruns.
• Draft and coordinate interagency fund transfer letters with NSF staff.
• Finalize and deliver funding transfer paperwork and set up accounts.
• Review incoming bills for compliance with contract budget and laws.
• Coordinate with NSF to ensure timely payment of approved bills.
