Qualifications

• Plans and conducts civil or criminal investigations into misuse of funds.
• Performs quantitative/qualitative analysis of facts and evidence.
• Prepares results to support prosecutorial objectives and litigation.
• Gathers and analyzes statements, timelines, data from sources to build proof.
• Verifies relationships among facts and evidence for authenticity.
• Assists in planning, scheduling, and conducting investigations.
• Exhibits understanding of federal, state, or local law as needed.
• Prepares affidavits and testifies in court as required.
• Uses databases to identify assets, documents and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts investigations to support federal matters.

• Prepares interim and final reports on investigation progress.
• Assists supervisors with charts, graphs, and AV materials for motions.
