Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in building maintenance and construction, including supervisory role.
• Three years or more of business management experience including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of planning, purchasing, and project management.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry equipment.
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages maintenance and repair services for building, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Develops and implements preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervises staff including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Schedules tasks and ensures compliance with procedures and safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental meetings and supports special projects.
