Job summary

Qualifications

Five+ years in facilities maintenance with at least three years in supervision.
Budget management experience including profit and loss responsibility.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Fed Security Clearance may be required depending on local/state/contract requirements.
Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local/state/contract requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage maintenance and repair functions at a federal installation
Develop and manage facilities support budgets
Set goals and objectives for facilities support services
Coordinate, direct, and manage maintenance and repair services for buildings, structures, electrical systems, utility systems, and HVAC systems
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, including predictive testing and inspection
Supervise staff through hiring, training, counseling, supervision, and performance reviews
Schedule and prioritize tasks while ensuring adherence to procedures, regulations, guidelines, and safety requirements
Participate regularly in departmental and other meetings
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
