Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks independently (filters, valves, dampers, etc.).
• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance of ventilation, boilers and chiller equipment.
• Operate water and wastewater treatment plant systems and collect samples per permits.
• Respond to faults in facility operating systems during day and on-call rotation.
• Perform grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• Do basic electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Painting and light carpentry as needed.
