Job summary

Aretum seeks a Facilities and IT Manager to coordinate space planning, facilities requirements, and IT equipment across multiple locations while tracking issues, inventory, and workspace needs.

You will maintain accurate records, provide guidance to staff, and serve as the primary liaison with agency partners to ensure timely, compliant support, including handling hybrid work considerations and FOIA coordination.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating space planning and IT equipment support.
• Ability to handle FOIA requests and liaison with agency partners.
• Strong records management and compliance with safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unclassified and classified space planning for CSD with agency stakeholders.
• Support future space usage forecasting including hybrid/telework impacts.
• Work with operations to track facilities issues across CSD locations.
• Gather requirements for new or modified space and relocations.
• Provide updates to CSD leadership on facilities risks and dependencies.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and compliance with OCIO policies.
• Coordinate with CISA OCIO on IT equipment needs and procurement cycles.
• Provide IT equip support and workspace setup assistance.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling of accountable property.
• Liaise with OCIO for IT provisioning and workspace IT configuration.
