Job summary

Aretum in Arlington, VA is seeking a Facilities and IT Manager to coordinate space planning, facilities requirements, and IT equipment support across locations, while tracking issues, inventory, and workspace needs. You will serve as primary liaison with agency partners to ensure timely and compliant support.

In this hybrid role, you will manage FOIA responses, oversee equipment accountability with CISA OCIO, and provide status updates to leadership on risks, dependencies, and national security

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating FOIA responses and records management.
• Knowledge of IT equipment lifecycle and hybrid work environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unclassified and classified space planning for CSD, including allocation and reconfiguration.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure compliance withOCIO/FOIA policies.
• Serve as liaison with CISA OCIO and agency facilities partners for IT provisioning and workspace changes.
• Provide ongoing communication, reporting, and status updates to leadership on facilities matters, risks, and dependencies.
