Job summary

Kaizen seeks an experienced events leader to own and execute the company’s federal conference circuit presence. You will shape strategy, calendar, budgets, and partnerships across Washington-area shows and agency briefings, coordinating with sales and legal to ensure impact and compliance.

You’ll manage booth design, stage presence, and executive engagements, building Kaizen-hosted events and a robust calendar across NYC/DC locations.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in events with direct ownership of strategy and budget.

Responsibilities

• Own Kaizen's events strategy end-to-end.
• Decide where Kaizen shows up and where it doesn't.
• Own our physical presence (booth design, demos, collateral).
• Run the field motion alongside sales (account targeting, pre-event outreach, on-site scheduling).
• Own the satellite program around major shows (executive dinners, roundtables).
• Land leadership on stage and in content (speaker placement, panel submissions).
• Scope and build Kaizen-hosted events (summits, dinners, recurring briefings).
• Own the budget and reporting (spend, pipelines, cost per meeting).
• Navigate federal ethics rules with Legal guidance.
