Job summary

Jobot, Fort Benning, GA, seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead NEPA/NHPA compliance, environmental due diligence, and Phase I/II ESAs for a major federal project. You will coordinate with federal stakeholders and consultants to ensure regulatory and environmental planning success on a long‑term program.

The role requires 10+ years in federal environmental projects, strong communication and leadership, and a Master’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional environmental experience with federal compliance, planning, and due diligence.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal projects and installations such as DoD/USACE preferred.
• Strong NEPA and NHPA knowledge; experience with Phase I and Phase II ESAs; CERCLA, AAI, and ASTM standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental planning, compliance, permitting, and due‑diligence activities.
• Perform and oversee Phase I and Phase II ESAs per ASTM E1527-21 and related standards.
• Coordinate NEPA reviews, CATEX, EA, and EIS documentation with federal stakeholders.
• Manage environmental consultants, documentation, agency coordination, and deliverables.
