Qualifications

• J.D. degree (or equivalent) and active bar in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• U.S. citizenship or national.
• At least 4 years of post-J.D. criminal litigation experience.
• Litigated a minimum of three criminal trials.
• Experience as Federal, State or Local prosecutor or defender preferred.
