Offices-to-go is seeking a qualified attorney to prosecute complex environmental crimes. You will work with federal agencies, handle investigations, and argue in court across diverse cases.

Ideal candidates have a J.D., are active bar members, U.S. citizens, and at least 4 years of post‑J.D. criminal litigation experience, including three trials. Background checks and suitability processes apply.

Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree (or equivalent), be an active member in good standing of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction) and be a U.S. citizen or national.
• Must have at least 4 years of post J.D. criminal litigation experience to qualify for GS-15.
• Must have litigated a minimum of three criminal trials.
• Experience as a Federal, State or Local prosecutor or defender is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute complex environmental crimes against individuals and corporations.
• Conduct investigations, legal research, writing, and oral advocacy in court.
• Handle all aspects of investigation, negotiations, motions practice and trial.
• Collaborate with U.S. Attorneys, and federal agencies in multiple districts.
