Job summary

Sev1Tech LLC seeks a Technical Lead to drive enterprise IT engineering efforts for CISA/OCIO. You will coordinate multi-team projects, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies, and report progress to COR and government leads.

The ideal candidate brings program management experience in complex environments and the ability to obtain DHS EOD clearance. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable IT capabilities for modernizing enterprise services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in a related field, or 8 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing field teams in complex technical environments.
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security EOD clearance.
• Experience in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong project status reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program leadership from planning to business readiness/rollout.
• Coordinate and create work packages and schedule work.
• Lead and guide initiative management/enterprise solution engineer teams.
• Define and track business and development milestones at program level.
• Track dependencies and communicate at program scale.
• Manage risks, issues, change control and decision logs.
• Report project status to internal teams and executives.
• Align milestones with business and mission stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to meet high-level requirements.
• Prepare weekly status reporting and monthly management content.
