Job summary

Tria Federal is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the end-to-end technical architecture for a major federal program, establishing the blueprint to integrate legacy systems, COTS platforms, and cloud services into a unified, secure modernization platform.

You will apply API-first design, data fabric concepts, and event-driven integration patterns, with RMF/FedRAMP security guidance, collaborating with platform partners and delivery leads to translate business requirements into authoritative

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, with at least 5 years supporting large federal government programs.
• Demonstrated expertise designing enterprise integration architectures involving multiple COTS platforms, legacy systems, and cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, data fabric concepts, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP at IL2/IL4) and federal OIT architecture review processes.
• Strong proficiency in architecture modeling frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with federal security and compliance frameworks including NIST RMF and FISMA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical field required; Master’s preferred.
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification preferred.
