Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead DHS OHSS Core Report Service support, serving as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.

You will oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, dashboards, data validation, website maintenance, and surge support to deliver mission-critical statistics to DHS leadership, Congress, and the White House. The role requires 10+ years in program management, federal contracting experience, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

10+ years in program or project management with federal IT or data analytics contracts.
At least 5 years directing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Clearance eligibility for Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead and be the primary government point of contact for contract deliverables.
Direct a cross-functional team across five task areas.
Align reporting methods with OHSS production standards.
Maintain and manage OHSS relationships with leadership and staff.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
Ensure DHS security, privacy, and CUI policies compliance.
Oversee staffing continuity and replacements.
Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and final task reports.
