Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks an experienced Management Analyst to serve as the senior contractor lead supporting ASA(ALT) Capability Program Executive and Portfolio Acquisition Executive offices.

You will lead CCaR and PMRT data initiatives, develop dashboards, and mentor junior analysts to ensure compliant reporting and data integrity. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, public administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years supporting DoD acquisition program offices in financial execution, program data reporting, or acquisition management functions.
• Hands-on operational experience with CCaR encompassing record creation, budget structure design, reconciliation, and forecasting.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or analytic applications using PMRT EA, Qlik, or a comparable enterprise BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, mapping, and maintenance of CCaR and other program records, managing budget structures and funding mappings.
• Oversee reconciliation of Cost of Execution, Travel, civilian pay, and out-of-balance transactions; review work and resolve issues.
• Manage CCaR account privilege audits, account requests, recoveries, deletions, and privilege updates; verify DD Form 2875 currency.
• Plan and execute CCaR/PMRT data migrations, including pre-migration checklists and post-migration validation.
• Assist with spend plan development, baseline approval, forecasting, and funding document processing.
• Develop dashboards and analytic applications tailored to reporting requirements via elicitation and data sourcing.
• Provide training and day-to-day direction to Business Analysts; act as contractor point of contact for senior FM leads.
