Job summary

GSA is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator in the Workforce Relations Center, OHRM, to conduct workplace investigations and address employee relations and HR compliance matters.

Position may be filled in Fort Worth, TX among other locations; traveling and on-site interviews may be required. The role emphasizes complex investigations, data-driven improvements, and comprehensive written reports.

Qualifications

• GS-13 requires at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 in federal service.
• Specialized experience involves investigating misconduct, harassment, or other admin violations.
• Prepare investigation plans, interview witnesses, collect evidence, and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversees complex investigations and provides expert advice to HR and managers.
• Leads investigations of misconduct allegations using approved techniques.
• Offers guidance on employee relations matters and legal compliance.
• Generates reports with findings and recommendations.
• Conducts on-site interviews and reviews documents to gather facts.
