Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees complex investigations and provides expert advice to HR professionals and managers.
• Leads investigations into misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Generates reports, identifies trends, and recommends corrective actions.
• Conducts on-site interviews and reviews documents to prepare comprehensive written reports.
