Job summary

Stantec’s Lynnwood office seeks an Electrical Project Manager – Federal to apply electrical engineering principles and superior client service to deliver federal projects. Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing scope, schedule and budget for bases, buildings and related utilities.

Create strategic value through technical expertise, stay current with codes, and contribute to business development and proposal efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE registration is preferred.
• Federal experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of federal electrical engineering projects from pursuit through construction and closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact, developing trusted relationships and ensuring objectives are understood and achieved.
• Evaluate opportunities and challenges applying consulting, PM and technical skills for outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, designers, and specialty consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate resources, staffing, and priorities for multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage project financials: forecasting, contracts, change management, invoicing, profitability.
• Mentor engineers and staff, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
