Job summary

You will lead integrated design teams, develop strong client relationships, and strategically evaluate opportunities. The role requires collaboration across disciplines, adherence to budgets and schedules, and occasional travel to meet engagement requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
• PE registration is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage clients, projects, fees, and teams to meet budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in project management and relationship skills with integrated design teams.
• Develop client relationships with a client-first approach.
• Apply consulting and technical skills in client interactions.
• Lead cross-functional resources to meet project requirements within time and budget.
• Mentor others and drive accountability for deliverables and financial performance.
• Grow existing business and pursue new opportunities.
