Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Change Consultant to support federal customers in major EHR modernization efforts. This role requires up to 100% travel to US sites, strong change management execution, and hands-on adoption experiences for end users and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in change management, training, event delivery, or related fields, and will be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years related work experience including change management, training, event delivery, project coordination or customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Plan and execute change management events across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align session logistics and materials.
