Job summary

Peraton seeks experienced Federal EEO Investigators to conduct impartial administrative investigations of discrimination complaints in support of a federal Equal Opportunity Office. Each Investigator will independently plan and execute investigations, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare comprehensive ROIs under 29 CFR Part 1614 and EEOC MD-110.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Eight or more years of related federal investigative experience depending on degree.
• Experience conducting federal-sector EEO investigations.
• Knowledge of 29 CFR Part 1614 and EEOC MD-110.
• Excellent interviewing, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review formal and accepted EEO complaints and identify applicable requirements.
• Develop comprehensive Investigative Plans identifying witnesses and evidence.
• Produce Investigative Plans within contractual timelines.
• Conduct impartial investigations into multiple claims and amendments.
• Identify and obtain relevant documentary evidence and records.
• Develop affidavit and interrogatory questions addressing claims.
• Obtain testimony through interviews or sworn statements.
• Coordinate witness interviews with Government personnel and court reporting resources.
• Analyze evidence for completeness and identify additional requirements.
• Prepare investigative summaries and ROIs per EEOC MD-110.
• Draft Acceptance/Partial Acceptance/Dismissal Letters with precise bases.
