Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Design Project Manager for its Government and Civic sector within the North America Places group. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams, ensure high-quality, compliant, and cost-controlled outcomes for Federal clients such as USACE, NAVFAC, and AFCEC.

You will manage client interfaces, project budgets, schedules, and digital workflows, while applying QA/QC, risk management, and pursuit support. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ federal market experience
• 5+ years’ leading large multi-discipline design-engineered solutions and construction projects
• BA in Architecture or Engineering-related fields
• Citizen of the United States of America
• CPM certification within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary design teams across project stages
• Implement QA/QC processes throughout design development
• Maintain fiduciary responsibility: budgets, costs, scope
• Lead client reviews and ensure federal requirements are met
• Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules
• Ensure on-time delivery of milestones and manage change/risk
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, consultants and stakeholders
• Prepare reports, technical docs, and presentations for federal standards and funding
