The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture, client-facing PM experience, and Design-Build work in Federal/DOD contexts. This hybrid role offers competitive benefits and salary up to $160,000 with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
• Client-facing project management experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with Federal and/or DOD projects beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact from start to finish.
• Develop proposals and scopes with discipline leads and lead fee negotiations.
• Create communication plans and conduct status reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor financial metrics, schedules, and staffing.
• Guide project documents and Jacobs quality program.
