Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager in Honolulu, HI to lead multi-discipline design projects for federal DoD and civilian clients, from design kick-off through construction. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, client relationships, and team coordination across engineering and architecture disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in engineering or architecture, with prior client-facing project management experience on federal or DoD projects; PMI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture required.
• Experience managing multi-discipline design projects in a client-facing role.
• PMI Certification preferred or considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from design kickoff through construction.
• Serve as primary client liaison and lead fee/scope discussions with discipline leads.
• Coordinate with discipline directors and design leads for budget and scope definitions.
• Facilitate communication plans and status reviews among stakeholders and project teams.
• Monitor financial metrics, schedules, and staffing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee quality of project documents and adherence to Jacobs Quality Program.
