Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking an Associate for our Federal Advisory practice in the St. Louis, MO area. You will support client solutions through analytics, data wrangling, and ETL, and you will derive insights using Python, SQL, R, Alteryx, and SAS.

You will prepare data for analysis, gather requirements from clients, and help document analytics usage and maintenance. A U.S. Government Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience analyzing and wrangling data using Python, SQL, R, Alteryx, SAS, or other commonly used software
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• Initial project will be located in the St. Louis, MO region, requires daily on-site presence
• Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of client solutions using analytics, exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, and ETL
• Derive insights from data using analytics and data wrangling tools (e.g. Python, R, Alteryx, SQL, SAS)
• Perform operations to prepare data for analysis (e.g., data cleansing, data integration, data transformation)
• Gather analytic requirements from client
• Develop documentation and guides for analytics usage and maintenance
