Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Millington, TN to support military Sailors and their families. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels, document information, and use CRM systems and internal tools to resolve issues across the US and abroad as needed.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of customer service experience, be able to work nights and weekends, type at least 30 WPM, and be eligible for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance eligible; U.S. citizenship required for clearance.
• Must have ability to work nights and weekends.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Spanish speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first step in multi-tiered support for Military Sailors and families.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries via phone, e‑fax, email, chat, and other channels.
• Utilize CRM applications, internal/external websites, and telephone systems.
• Enter supporting information accurately into systems and web forms.
• Receive training on military programs to provide support across the continental US and abroad.
• Opportunity for growth into Supervisory/Specified Teams based on skill.
