Job summary

All Native Group seeks a Project Manager to lead custodial operations for the USDA ARS at the Edward T. Schafer Agricultural Research Center.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of supervisory custodial experience on federal contracts.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to travel between Fargo, ND and East Grand Forks, MN up to ~80 miles.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Manager with full authority to perform the contract.
• Serve as primary contact for COR and LSMs; attend site meetings and respond promptly.
• Develop, publish, and maintain COR-approved cleaning schedules.
• Supervise four full-time janitorial employees across three sites.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance under ISO 9001:2015 and QASP.
