Job summary

All Native Group seeks a Project Manager to oversee custodial operations for USDA ARS at the Edward T. Schafer Agricultural Research Center. You will manage a four-person janitorial team across three facilities, ensuring compliance with lab schedules and federal requirements.

You will work with COR/LSMs, maintain safety and quality controls, and coordinate after-hours activities and invoicing. A strong leadership and federal-contractor background is essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience supervising custodial, janitorial, or facilities services staff.
• Five or more years of custodial supervision, including at least two years on a federal services contract.
• High school diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizen or eligible for federal clearance; ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel between Fargo, ND and East Grand Forks, MN (approx. 80 miles).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Project Manager with full authority to act on behalf of HCIMS for the contract.
• Be primary point of contact for COR and LSMs; attend site meetings and respond promptly to Govt requests.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 aligned quality control and QC planning.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate four full-time janitorial employees across three sites.
• Coordinate all facility closures outside normal business hours; provide advance written notice.
• Support monthly invoicing and required documentation for the contract.
