Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct custodial staff to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of facility spaces.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Train staff on proper use of cleaning equipment, materials, and safety protocols.
• Inspect work areas and address deficiencies promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock.
• Respond quickly to urgent cleaning or maintenance needs.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment among custodial staff.
