Job summary

American Facility Services seeks an Area Custodial Project Manager in Austin, TX to support daily operations, ensure contract compliance, and strengthen client relationships. The role may travel statewide to provide onsite operational support and assist with pre-bid activities.

You will manage multiple custodial contracts, conduct site inspections, recruit and coach staff, and work with clients to retain and grow accounts across Texas. Evening or weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in custodial or related service industry.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or locations/contracts.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and coach employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple custodial contracts and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections and enforce quality standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach custodial staff.
• Serve as primary client contact to support retention and growth.
• Assist with RFPs, RFQs, pricing, and pre-bid meetings.
• Travel statewide to provide onsite support and inspections.
