Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Court Security Officer (CSO) to deliver protective services at Federal Court Houses and related sites under the USMS contract. The CSO will perform fixed-post, mobile, or foot patrols, maintain situational awareness, and follow post orders and facility protocols in all weather conditions.

The role requires compliance with licensing, training, and background checks, with potential armed escort duties and courtroom security as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluently read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical fitness standards.

Responsibilities

• Enforce entry and identification system.
• Patrol court facilities and grounds per post orders.
• Provide surveillance on incoming traffic to entrances.
• Provide courtroom security and enforce federal laws.
• Maintain logs and reports and notify supervisors of incidents.
