Clark Hill PLC is seeking a mid-level Associate to join one of the Nation’s leading insurance coverage groups in our Dallas, TX office. The Associate will handle complicated and large dollar insurance coverage disputes in federal courts across the United States.

The role requires 3+ years of litigation practice, federal court experience including depositions and hearings, and strong academic credentials. A collaborative, team-based environment is emphasized along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Federal court litigation experience— including taking and defending depositions and handling hearings.
• Professional-lines insurance coverage experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based setting.
