Qualifications

• Active license and good standing with Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin Bar.
• 1–3 years of coverage exposure or relevant experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicating directly with clients and developing strong professional relationships.
• Managing written discovery and preparing strategic case analyses.
• Drafting and arguing motions and engaging in motion practice.
• Conducting and defending depositions.
• Appearing in court and participating in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Assisting with trial preparation and post-trial motions, including appeals.
