Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, discipline-specific cost estimates using industry tools per FAR/DFARS.
• Analyze cost proposals, bids, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain cost models, pricing databases and historical data.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, COS, engineers and contracting officers to align estimates with scopes.
• Support value engineering, risk analysis and independent government estimates.
