Job summary

The Building People is seeking a qualified Cost Analyst to join our Washington, DC area team. This role supports real estate projects and facilities programs for federal clients, focusing on lifecycle cost analyses, budgeting, and cost reporting.

The ideal candidate holds an Active Secret Clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and may have CCP certification or RSMeans experience. Telework may be limited; some duties require on-site presence.

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop repair and replacement cost estimates.
• Conduct lifecycle cost analyses.
• Support budget planning and forecasting.
• Prepare cost reports and supporting documentation.
• Support procurement planning efforts.
• Assist with vendor evaluations and acquisition planning.
