Job summary

Centurum is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage Federal Government prime contracts and subcontract agreements on-site. The role covers cradle-to-grave administration, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, and GSA Schedule requirements, and coordinating with Program Management, Finance, and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of U.S. Government contract experience, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to guide contract interpretation and risk management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of U.S. Government contract administration.
• Experience cradle-to-grave contract administration.
• Experience with NDAs, Teaming Agreements, subcontracts, and contract modifications.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS and GSA Schedule contracting.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language.
• Experience with proposal support and government solicitations.

Responsibilities

• Administer federal prime and subcontract contracts through lifecycle.
• Monitor requirements, funding, deliverables, milestones.
• Review terms, modifications, task orders, and NDAs.
• Support negotiations, pricing, and cost analysis.
• Maintain complete contract files and records.
• Liaise with Contracting Officers and CORs.
