Job summary

ISN Corporation in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead federal contracting activities, including drafting, negotiation, and administration of prime contracts and subcontracts with agencies such as GSA and DoD.

The role requires 3+ years of federal contracts experience, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and hands-on use of GSA portals and Office tools. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience managing federal contracts and subcontracts
• Strong working knowledge of the FARs/DFARs and agency supplements
• Experience with pre- and post-award contracting activities
• Hands-on experience with GSA systems and portals (FAS Catalog, GSA eMod, FAS Sales Reporting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, and DocuSign
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiation, administration, and compliance activities for assigned federal programs
• Draft, review, and administer prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and related documents
• Serve as primary point of contact for COs, CORs, and internal program leads
• Lead subcontract reporting and other federal compliance reporting requirements
• Ensure ongoing contract compliance with FAR, agency supplements and SCA
• Maintain contract files and trackers; manage license renewals
• Support proposal efforts, including review of terms with BD and Pricing teams
• Process contract modifications and maintain up-to-date files
