Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with FAR and UCC.
• Oversee vendor management and monitor performance.
• Review NDAs and teaming agreements; negotiate terms.
• Prepare documentation for ISO, CMMC compliance.
• Draft and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Implement document management to maintain contract records.
• Conduct thorough compliance management and policy adherence.
• Support change management for contract modifications.
• Collaborate on proposal writing, pricing strategies, and technical writing.
