Qualifications

• FAC-C (Professional) or DAWIA Contracting Certification required.
• 4+ years contracting experience; 1 year specialized.
• Bachelor’s degree with 24 credit hours in relevant fields.
• Experience in pre- and post-award procurement functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of pre- and post-award procurement for complex contracts.
• Manage interagency agreements and Architect-Engineer contracts.
• Apply acquisition-related techniques and systems to procurement analysis.
