Job summary

Seventh Sense, LLC seeks an experienced federal acquisitions professional for an on-site role in Rockville, MD. You will support the full lifecycle from pre-award planning through post-award administration, collaborating closely with Contracting Officers and program managers to ensure compliant, audit-ready documentation.

The position emphasizes rigorous documentation, regulatory interpretation, and proactive issue resolution in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of federal acquisition experience.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR and HHSAR.
• Experience supporting full acquisition lifecycle.
• Experience with cost-reimbursable contracts.
• Experience developing SOW/PWS/SOO, IGCEs, and solicitations.
• Experience documenting evaluation materials and supporting high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with PRISM, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Pre-award planning: draft SOWs/SOO/PWS and acquisition plans.
• Solicitation support: prepare RFPs/RFQs and ensure L/M alignment.
• Evaluation support: prepare templates, scoring sheets, and docs.
• Award support: assemble contract award docs and post-award notices.
• Post-award: manage contract modifications, invoices, and closeouts.
