Job summary

You will partner with internal teams and federal customers, interpret contract requirements, manage data in CM systems, and drive process improvements, with travel up to 20%. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contract management.

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support federal government contracting activities across the contract lifecycle, including solicitations, awards, modifications, reporting, and closeout.
• Assist with solicitation responses through document preparation, stakeholder coordination, and proposal support activities.
• Process contract modifications, administrative updates, extensions, and closeout requests.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, records, and data within contract management systems.
• Track contractual obligations, reporting requirements, and key deliverables.
• Provide timely support to internal stakeholders and customers by responding to routine contract-related inquiries.
• Support audits, reporting, or documentation requests.
• Recognize potential contractual, operational, or process concerns and elevate issues for review and resolution.
• Support collection and reporting of contract-related data and operational metrics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and utilize approved digital tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
