You will work closely with internal partners and Federal customers to ensure contractual requirements are executed accurately and processes completed in a timely, compliant manner. Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3 years of contract management or related experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to interpret contractual requirements and follow processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.
• Experience with Excel and business applications.
• Experience with contract management systems or similar tools.
• Up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Support federal government contracting activities through lifecycle stages.
• Assist with solicitation responses and proposal support.
• Process contract modifications, updates, extensions, and closeouts.
• Maintain contract documentation and data in systems.
• Track obligations, reporting requirements, and deliverables.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and facilitate resolution.
• Support audits, reporting, and documentation requests.
• Identify concerns and escalate for review and action.
• Collect and report contract-related data and metrics.
• Participate in process improvements using digital tools.
