Jobot is seeking a Federal Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on secure federal projects in the San Jose area. You will drive daily schedules, coordinate specialty subcontractors, and enforce OSHA safety standards on occupied sites.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of field leadership on commercial or public works, plus experience with structural, MEP, or high-finish interior upgrades; USACE CQM or OSHA 30 certifications are highly desirable.

Job Details

Responsibilities: Drive the daily field schedule, coordinate specialty subcontractors, enforce strict OSHA safety standards, and manage logistics on secure or occupied institutional jobsites; maintain daily logs and interface with federal inspectors.

Qualifications: 7+ years of field leadership experience on commercial or public works projects; proven track record managing structural, MEP, or high-finish interior upgrades; USACE CQM (Construction Quality Management) or OSHA 30 certifications are highly desirable.
