Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead high-profile civil contracting work in the Rosemont, IL area. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety policies, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of field supervision in heavy civil, transportation, or infrastructure projects, a proven leadership track record, and OSHA certification.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of field supervision experience in heavy civil, transportation, or infrastructure construction.
• Proven track record managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple project phases.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership with collaboration and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
