Job summary

Yukon Management, LLC (YML) is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee federal construction projects in San Bernardino County, CA. You will read specifications, develop QC plans, maintain records, and lead meetings to ensure quality and safety on site.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a related field, 10 years of combined construction leadership, and at least 5 years as a QC Manager, with USACE or federal project experience preferred. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum experience on large federal construction contracts with QC oversight.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret specs, plans and RFP documents to determine requirements.
• Develop and implement Quality Control plan.
• Maintain records proving QC activities and tests were performed.
• Complete reports and logs accurately and timely.
• Attend and participate in project meetings.
• Coordinate three phases of the Control Plan: Preparatory, Initial, Final.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
• Maintain tidy, safe, and compliant job site environment.
• Manage job close-out procedures.
• Utilize QCS/RMS 3.0 for documentation and reporting.
