Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee QC activities on construction projects from start to finish. The role requires federal construction experience and a strong knowledge of construction quality standards, including the Three-Phase Inspection process.

You will develop project-specific QC Plans, review drawings and specs, lead inspections, coordinate testing, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

5+ years in QC/QA for construction projects.
Federal construction experience required.
Knowledge of the Three-Phase Inspection process.
CQM-C certification or within 90 days.
Experience with government projects (USACE/NAVFAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project-specific Quality Control Plans.
Review drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
Coordinate testing and special inspections.
Review subcontractor and supplier submittals.
Track quality issues, non-conforming work, and corrective actions.
Maintain daily QC logs, inspection reports, and project documentation.
Support punch lists and project closeout.
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other project teams.
Ensure work meets contract requirements, codes, specifications, and quality standards.
