Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee QC activities on construction projects from start to finish. The role requires federal construction experience and a strong knowledge of construction quality standards, including the Three-Phase Inspection process.

You will develop project-specific QC Plans, review drawings and specs, lead inspections, coordinate testing, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QC/QA for construction projects.
• Federal construction experience required.
• Knowledge of the Three-Phase Inspection process.
• CQM-C certification or within 90 days.
• Experience with government projects (USACE/NAVFAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Procore experience is a plus.
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
• Must be comfortable working onsite and outdoors.
• Ability to travel between project sites as needed.

Project Travel & Support

Candidates based outside the immediate project area may be considered depending on their location and travel requirements. Project-related travel support and per diem/stipend arrangements may be available based on individual circumstances and the final project arrangements.

Relocation assistance may also be considered on a case-by-case basis for candidates who require relocation to support the project.
